Our Cocoon Wellness Pod is truly unique and different to other infrared technology like a Sauna. Unlike traditional infrared Saunas you are completely relaxed. The Pod allows you to lie down, while you enjoy our vibratory massage bed. Most Saunas only heat to 65 degrees but our Pod has a Hyperthermic heat, heating to 90 degrees. As well, your head is out of the Pod allowing exposure to cool air from the built in face fans.

It is advised to not use the Cocoon Wellness Pod if you are pregnant, have active cancer, open wounds, broken bones, slipped discs and if you have a defibrillator.
